  • Orders and Delivery

    Once payment has been received for the ordered item, it will normally be dispatched within 1–2 working days.

    Items of less than £50 in value will be sent free of charge by standard first-class mail. If the purchased item is priced at £50 or over, it will be sent free of charge (UK only) by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

    In either case, you will be notified by email when the item has been posted.

    If any alterations to the ordered item are required (e.g., resizing, lengthening/shortening), I will inform you as to the expected date that the piece will be completed, and again you will be notified when it has been sent. The same applies to commissioned pieces, and pieces which you might have requested as replications of pieces already sold. Please bear in mind, however, that because each piece that I make is normally a handmade one-off, it might not be possible to exactly replicate the sold piece. In such a case, I will contact you to discuss what can be offered.

    Refunds

    If you have purchased an item from this website that you decide, for whatever reason, that you do not want, you may return it to me for either a full refund, or an equivalent value credited to a gift voucher for use against another item offered on this site, subject to the following conditions:

    • You will need to notify me via email of your intention to cancel the order.

    • The item must be sent back within 14 days of your receiving the order, in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged.

    • If the item is damaged on arrival, you must inform me within 3 days of its delivery, accompanied by a photograph.

    Circumstances in which returns cannot be accepted

    • Regretfully, for reasons of hygiene, returns of earrings for pierced ears cannot be accepted, unless faulty.

    • Returns of commissioned/altered items also cannot be accepted unless faulty.

    • If items are not returned within the 14-day period stipulated above, or I have not been informed within 3 days of delivery of any damage, refunds will not be issued.

    • I am unable to issue refunds for undelivered items.

    This does not affect your statutory rights.
